  • Agent Essentials, Core Competencies Training:  The Agent Essentials series of courses are the backbone of our New Agent Training Program.  In this series of 6 classes, you will learn the basics of working as an agent for Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS.
  • eFastStart:  eFastStart has been designed to help you, the new agent, become productive and successful as quickly as possible in your career with Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS.  The level of your success resulting from the program will depend on your participation and commitment to completing the assignments within the program.  During your experience, you will learn a lot, have some fun, get to know some of your fellow Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS sales associates, and engage in some healthy competition to help you obtain quick results.
  • Tech Daze:  Tech Daze is technology education training delivered in various formats - in office, online, and in pre-recorded sessions.  Topics are always evolving with the release of new technologies.
  • Coldwell Banker University:  "The Power of Coldwell Banker Education within your grasp".  Coldwell Banker University offers the most comprehensive curriculum ever developed for real estate associates.  It is designed to enhance skills and professionalism by providing ongoing opportunities to grow, learn, and increase your productivity.  Whether delivered through the traditional classroom setting, on-demand online classes, web-connect, or national events, we are committed to provide the training you want, when you want it.
  • BOO$T:  The mission of this next generation training program is to challenge you to reach your stated goals while providing you with the tools you need to grow your residential real estate business.  BOO$T is taught online and includes 8 virtual classes, self paced modules, field assignments, and weekly scorecards that must be submitted to your instructor.  This course is intense and intended to produce results - you will have to give 100% to succeed in this exciting program.
