Our New Regional Office

From the day Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS entered the local real estate marketplace in 1991, there has been an office in Yardley and an office in Washington Crossing.  Throughout good markets and bad, we kept the lights on and kept growing as a local sales leader.  Today, we announce the next step in that growth.

Our commitment to lower Bucks County is without question, which is why we are so excited about our new regional center in Newtown.  Starting in December of this year, the green and yellow sign you have seen brightly from the highway will be changed to reflect our Coldwell Banker blue.

By locating here, we accomplish many things.  First, we provide our agents with the most state-of-the-art facility around.  We now have more than 18,000 square feet of office space equipped with the latest technology; teleconferencing ability, multimedia training, top-tier telephony and much, much more.  Moreover, we provide a commitment to this community that lasts a long time.  If we are going to put our name in lights on the front of a building, you can bet that we are not planning to go anywhere anytime soon.

We believe in the excitement of residential real estate.  We want to have a place where we can train, where we can share and where we can succeed.  If real estate is about location - we believe we just captured the premier lot in any development.

But this is not just about what we can do on-site.  The technology we have installed here reaches far beyond these walls.  Our entire company will benefit from the learning opportunities that can begin in our 90-seat classroom.  The real estate industry as a whole can benefit from the broadcasting services we have available to us.   It is going to be a fun place where we can raise the bar for everyone who chooses to share in the experience.

We are thrilled to be a part of a new, next-generation, Lower Bucks County.  Stay tuned for tons of information about upcoming events, and look for new opportunities on the horizon.
